Provides direct and indirect patient care. Communicates as appropriate about changes in patients clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines to be accurate and to handle constantly changing situations. Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people deal with stressful situations and handle conflict.
Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned. Will follow and adhere to all requirements regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency. Must comply with all Benefis Health Systems organization policies and procedures.
Education/License/Experience Requirements:
- Current National Registry Paramedic licensure within Montana.
- Must have completed at least three (3) full years of experience as a pre-hospital Paramedic.
- Must obtain specialty certification within one (1) year of hire i.e. FP-C.
- Current with the following: BLS; ACLS; PALS; NRP; TPATC (within one (1) year of hire).
