Your Responsibilities as a Leader:

Manage daily operations for a 500 bed student housing community
Oversee financial aspects & reporting
Deliver the highest level of resident satisfaction
Lead team and enforce company procedures

The Skills & Experience You Possess:

3 years of property management experience - student housing
Strong financial and budgeting skills
Great customer service approach
