SUMMARY: The Floor Person is responsible for floor management housekeeping and compliance with regulatory requirements of the assigned department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

Check overhead structures for condensation mop as necessary.
Fill tote rack in box room.
Retrieve available totes from cooler and place into required locations on the production floor.
Monitor product flow in packing bins to facilitate order fill and smooth product flow.
Monitor operations to ensure that needed supplies are readily available.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will not have supervisory responsibility.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Required
- None
Preferred
- Previous poultry processing experience
