Job Summary
Nurse (RN / LPN) Assisted Living
Full-Time Weekend Premium
Shift: 7:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m.
Schedule: FridaySunday (Every Weekend)

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work a full-time weekend schedule on our Assisted Living floor. This role includes a weekend premium bonus for every Saturday and Sunday worked in addition to base pay that is based on experience.
Position Details
Status: Full-Time
Unit: Assisted Living
Shift: 7:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m.
Schedule: Friday Saturday & Sunday (Every Weekend)
Pay: Based on experience a weekend premium bonus for working every Saturday & Sunday
What Youll Do
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor assess and document changes in residents conditions
Communicate with residents families and healthcare providers
Supervise and support CNAs and care team members
Maintain infection control safety and hygiene standards
Participate in assessments care planning and team meetings
Qualifications
Current RN or LPN license in North Carolina
CPR/BLS certification required
Long-term care or assisted living experience preferred
Strong assessment organization and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
A genuine passion for caring for older adults
