Salary: 600 KWD PT bonus (Unlimited commission OTE: 1300-1400 KWD) - Tax free income

Equates to 1500 monthly basic OTE of 3200 per month (tax free income)

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for experienced Personal Trainers to join a high-end international sports and wellness facility in Kuwait. We are recruiting two talented and service-led trainers who are passionate about creating real impact through personal training and small group coaching. Youll be joining an established team of international fitness professionals and delivering sessions in a high-quality multi-purpose fitness environment that includes women-only spaces padel and squash courts multiple gyms and world-class tennis facilities.

The Environment

The centre is home to over 1000 members and growing with a strong expat presence and premium membership tiers. Facilities include four fully equipped gyms (including a dedicated womens gym) three group training studios padel and squash courts and both indoor and outdoor tennis courts.

Youll be supported by an experienced PT Manager and a proactive sales team who work together to drive PT sessions through promotions onboarding offers and member outreach.

What Youll Be Doing

• Delivering 2-3 group classes per day

• Providing high-level personal training and small group sessions tailored to each members goals

• Managing your PT schedule and client base with full support from the internal sales and PT management teams

• Working 6 days per week on a 7-hour shift pattern (plus 1 hour paid lunch) typically 12:0020:00

• Building strong member relationships and contributing to a high-retention training environment

About You

• Qualified and experienced Personal Trainer with strong client-facing skills

• Energetic motivating and approachable with a high standard of professionalism

• Comfortable delivering both one-to-one and group sessions

• A great communicator fluent in English

• Able to thrive in a culturally diverse international team environment

Whats Included

• Base Salary: 600 KWD per month

• Commission:

  • 20% of first 1500 KWD (approx. 60 sessions)

  • 50% of all additional personal training revenue

• Accommodation: Subsidised accommodation provided at 250 KWD per month

• Leave: 30 days annual leave 14 public holidays (double pay if worked)

• Relocation: Visa medical and flight covered

• Meals: Subsidised lunch available at the on-site restaurant

• Schedule: One day off weekly (typically Friday or Saturday) with two consecutive days off once per month
