Sector: New build Commercial & Residential
Essentials: Proven experience as Contracts Manager delivering new build large-scale projects; minimum 10 years post-qualification experience; main building contractor experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project delivery teams with full responsibility for all construction activities.
- Deliver projects in line with agreed programmes and budgets maintaining a detailed understanding of project plans and cost controls.
- Collaborate closely with design teams to ensure seamless design development and installation.
- Champion a strong health and safety culture through the implementation of safe working practices and compliance with company standards.
- Drive continuous improvement across project teams by implementing best practices and operational efficiencies.
- Manage project resourcing ensuring teams have the right skills motivation and leadership in place.
- Develop retain and identify future talent to support current and future project requirements.
