Highlights
Community Health Network is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established general surgery team in Indianapolis Indiana. We are seeking a highly motivated experienced advanced practice provider with experience in surgery.
- PRN (0.01 FTE) opportunity; Friday - Sunday from 7am - 3pm
- Experienced team of Physicians and APPs
- Competitive compensation and benefits package

Licensure & Certifications
- Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana
- Critical care experience preferred but willing to train if qualified and motivated
- Must be willing to learn how to intubate insert central and arterial lines and manage ventilated patients
