Key Responsibilities
Lead operators and oversee daily production of high-speed stamping presses using progressive dies
Monitor production efficiency machine uptime and on-time delivery
Proactively address quality issues and production bottlenecks
Collaborate closely with management and scheduling teams
Coach and motivate employees on safety efficiency tooling care and cost-effective operation
Drive solutions to production and quality challenges
Support and maintain ISO 9001 quality standards
Desired Qualifications
Experience with high-speed progressive metal stamping dies and presses
Engineering degree preferred
Strong leadership communication and coaching skills
Good math skills and ability to read GD&T drawings
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and corrective action processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Organized detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused with a strong commitment to quality and integrity
Solid work history; must pass background and drug screening
