Assistant Store Manager
DIXON Ace Hardware is more than just a store were a community favorite known for helpful service and hometown pride. Were looking for an Assistant Store Manager whos ready to roll up their sleeves and help lead our team with energy care and commitment to excellence.
What Youll Do:
Support the Store Manager with daily operations and team leadership
Provide legendary customer service the Ace way!
Help with scheduling inventory control and merchandising
Lead by example to train coach and inspire team members
Ensure a clean organized and safe shopping experience
Assist with achieving sales goals and operational standards
What Were Looking For:
Previous retail or leadership experience (hardware experience a plus!)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Positive can-do attitude and a passion for helping people
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
