About the Role:
Detroit Lakes MN a thriving and vibrant community with excellent amenities and an outdoor enthusiasts paradise is seeking a qualified individual for the position of a Full-Time Water Reclamation Supervisor within its Public Utilities department due to a recent retirement. Detroit Lakes Water Reclamation Facility is a state-of-the-art Membrane Biological Reactor facility and is operating in its fifth year. It is fully operational provides excellent treatment results and meets extremely low nutrient discharge limits.

This is a Management position within the Utilities and requires a minimum of 5 years Supervisory experience with considerable experience in a municipal setting. Qualifications include at a minimum a Minnesota Class A wastewater license and MPCA Type IV bio-solids license. Qualifications:

Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience in a municipal utility setting
Minnesota Class A Wastewater License
MPCA Type IV Bio-Solids License
