Key Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery from pre-construction through to handover ensuring contracts are delivered safely on time and to budget.
- Coordinate design development planning procurement and client communications.
- Manage subcontractors supply chain partners and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain programme schedules progress reporting risk registers and quality assurance.
- Ensure rigorous commercial control and proactive risk mitigation.
- Foster strong client relationships through clear communication and delivery excellence.
About You
- Proven experience managing façade building envelope or complex construction packages.
- Strong technical understanding of façade systems specifications and construction sequencing.
- Confident communicator with excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially minded with the ability to manage budgets change and contract variations.
- Proficient with project planning software (e.g. MS Project / Powerproject).
