Your key responsibilities include:
- Gaining hands-on experience in various exciting hotel departments from Front Office and Housekeeping to F&B and Events
- Getting to know both brands Sheraton & Marriott and experiencing the world of Marriott International from two perspectives
- Participating in internal trainings and being supported by experienced colleagues
- Opportunity to take part in the apprentice exchange program in the second year
- Participation in the national Marriott Apprentice Conference in the third year
- Actively shaping the guest experience and gaining insight into the operations of an international hotel

- You have a solid school education and ideally some first experience in hospitality or gastronomy
- Youre communicative and feel comfortable in both German and English
