Come join the team at HCI Sports & Fitness! As a premier sports and fitness center in Bee Cave were looking for part-time Child Care Attendants to support our Fitness Center. We offer flexible shifts but must be able to work weekday mornings.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

Help to maintain a safe fun and interactive center that is clean and organized
Supervise and participate in activities with children
Demonstrate good judgment alertness and self-control in the presence of children and when performing assigned responsibilities
Relate to children with patience acceptance and respect
Monitor check in/out procedures and have an accurate headcount of children at all times
Contact parent/guardian if necessary to assist with discipline issues and attend to personal needs of children such as feeding and diaper changes etc.
Other duties as assigned

Detail oriented with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Dependable and punctual
Previous experience working with children a plus but not required
Patience positivity and must enjoy working with children!
