What we are looking for
As an Account Executive at Vane you will drive revenue growth across Europe and the US through new client acquisition and ownership of existing client relationships. This is a highly client-facing role with responsibility extending beyond deal close into drawdown execution and ongoing relationship management.
What will keep you challenged
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting qualification structuring negotiation and closing
- Manage and grow a portfolio of active clients as primary point of contact
- Oversee the end-to-end drawdown process in coordination with credit risk and operations
- Act as a trusted advisor aligning Vanes financing solutions with client needs
- Identify opportunities for renewals upsells and expanded facilities
- Support selected strategic partnerships and partner-led deals
- Maintain accurate CRM records pipeline forecasts and reporting
- Represent Vane with clients partners and at industry events
What will make you succeed
- 35 years experience in B2B sales or client-facing commercial roles
- Background in fintech financial services or tech-enabled industries preferred
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and long-term client relationships
- Strong consultative selling organisational and communication skills
- Tech affinity as the role works closely with the product tech and credit teams on product enhancements and feature updates
- Comfortable working across European and US markets
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
