What will you bring to the team
English advanced;

Analytical person structured and detail oriented;
Advanced in working with Excel;
Dedicated and available to work extra time in the loaded periods.
What will you do
Supports the operational team in handling emails organizing transfers and refunds.
Assists the operational team in gathering the necessary data for calculating indicators and alerting those responsible in case of anomalies.
Provides weekly/monthly/on-demand reports.
Participates in working groups and makes proposals to solve daily problems..
Applies procedures and adapts to current legislative requirements.
Actively participates in weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings sends summaries of meetings and follows up on action plans.
Actively participates in MEW meetings and prepares the necessary documents.
Respects all tasks assigned by direct superiors.
