What You Will Do

TheOperations Support Specialistrole serves as a strategic partner toVPsin property ensures that the operations of the properties in their assigned area of oversightcomplywith the standards and expectations of Seldin Company and property-specific Operations Support Specialist should use management and leadership skills to train motivate and empower associates to reach their goals andto reach the goalsof the properties. The VP of Property Management will give assignments for this may be 50% or greater depending on the portfolios location or business needs.

Skills and Requirements

• Experience with LIHTC and HUD
• Ability to travel to designated portfolio up to 80% of the time
• Five or more years of relatedexperiencein property management
• An associate degree or equivalent experience
• Self motivated and self directed to work with or without supervision
