As a Service Advisor at Castle Mazda youll manage the flow of the service drive while making sure every customer receives prompt professional and friendly service. Youll own the customer experience from check-in to delivery answer questions anout vehicle concerns warranties and repairs and help ensure technician time is used efficiently. Youll work closely with the shop and maintain strong customer satisfaction scores.

What Youll Need
- Previous Service Advisor/Writer experience minimum of 2 consecutive years
- Mazda experience is preferred
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Professional well-groomed personal appearance
- Consistent record of service and sales success
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
- Team oriented and self-motivated
- Able to work with little supervision
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
Service Advisor: $61K - $83Kup to $100K annually for top performers
