Impact of the Role

This role plays a key part in Edenreds growth strategy by:

• Revenue Growth: Drives increased sales by acquiring new clients and upselling to existing ones significantly boosting company revenue.
• Client Retention: Strengthens customer relationships enhancing satisfaction and retention for long-term partnerships and stability.
• Market Adaptability: Ensures competitiveness by monitoring industry trends and adjusting strategies to meet client needs effectively.

Responsibilities:

Identify and target new business opportunities through research networking and cold outreach (according to company allocation/segmentation) within the assigned geographical region: Alba Hunedara Sibiu

Manages the relationship with clients in the portfolio;

Identifies opportunities to sell the companys products and services (cross-sell up-sell) to portfolio clients by contacting them (via phone email online meetings or face-to-face meetings); informs other members of the commercial

Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and how our solutions can meet them.

Negotiates or renegotiates specific contractual terms with portfolio clients in collaboration with the direct manager and in compliance with applicable legislation and internal company procedures;

Prepares and delivers analyses and reports regarding the managed client portfolio;

Conduct presentations product demonstrations and negotiations to close deals.

Collaborate with the Customer Engagement Manager in the NV area and Regional Strategic Manager.

Track sales metrics and report on performance to management.

Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU

Knowledge and Skills:

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in B2B sales field in tech or delivery industry / financial / banking / telecommunication services
• Bachelors or Masters degree in business management or a similar field
• Ability to successfully hunt for sales (recognizing opportunities communicating pitches closing deals)
• Knowledge of industry trends and competitive products
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication interpersonal skills and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in CRM software Microsoft Office and Salesforce; digital skills
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Clean driving license B category
• Availability to travel minimum 50%
• Languages required: Romanian & English
