Position Overview:

We are currently seeking motivated dependable and detail-oriented individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves and be part of a team that takes pride in a job well done. Were not just cleaning floors were creating healthier safer and more inviting spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform floor cleaning services such as scrubbing stripping waxing and carpet cleaning
• Operate floor cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Communicate with team leads and supervisors to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Represent the Compleat Clean brand with professionalism at all times
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and respond to emergency job when available
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• No previous experience required; well train the right candidates!
• Valid drivers license
  
• Flexibility to work evening or weekend shifts as needed
• Strong communication and customer service skills a plus
• Hardworking individuals with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Ability to follow safety procedures and company protocols

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

• This role requires occasional use of safety equipment (e.g. hard safety glasses and gloves) PPE is provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• The ability to stand for extended periods of time
  
• Ability to bend push pull and crawl
