ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Verify incoming customer records
Verify Part numbers/serial numbers on gear/piece parts
Create and maintain maintenance records for processing performed.
Assist with reviewing and organizing documentation and records prior to shipment.
Verify work documented in travelers is per customer orders.
Review travelers and records for accuracy and completeness.
Create/update life limited components airworthiness directives and modification documents.
Other administrative duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or an equivalent.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Applications.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Extreme attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in the English.
Flexibility to work any shift.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Previous experience working with aircraft records.
PHYSICAL ABILITIES
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
Sit for extended periods of time.
