Job Summary
Operations Energy Analyst

As an Operations Energy Analyst in our Supply & Energy Management (S&EM) UK team youll play a crucial role in managing our diverse energy portfolios and supporting our renewable energy operations. Summary of what you will do
- Support day-to-day monitoring and management of our assets including Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
- Liaise with park owners and forecasters to ensure accurate operational information
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to address their operational needs effectively
- Implement and maintain data flows with traders and service providers
- Contribute to process improvements and automation in collaboration with IS teams
- Support the deployment of Renewable Operations tools and provide training to new team members
- Identify UK-specific opportunities to enhance our Renewable Operations tools
What you will bring to the role
- Hold a masters degree in engineering business engineering mathematics or physics
- Have 3-4 years of experience in a similar field or equivalent experience demonstrated through education
- Possess strong coding and scripting skills particularly in Python
- Demonstrate experience working closely with IT teams
- Excel in data management with a focus on business outcomes
- Fluent in English with French language skills considered a plus
- Familiar with finance and/or energy fields
- Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
