Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to join our Operations team. We are looking for a skilled field leader with extensive telecommunication exposure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting the installation repair and maintenance field team. You will provide guidance support and leadership to the team focusing on technical requirements and customer service skills.
What you will be doing:
- Lead and support of the Installation & Repair team members.
- Lead and support of the Installation & Repair team members.
- Manage escalation calls and field installs when needed to support workloads.
- Provide best in class customer service for our clients.
- Conduct periodic quality control Inspections.
- Provide coaching on inspection processes and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead and support special projects at the field level by ensuring technicians are properly equipped fully informed and clearly understand the scope of work.
- Demonstrate strong leadership in promoting and upholding health safety and environmental standards on the job.
What we are looking for:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the telecommunication industry.
- A background in Installation and Repair of telecommunication services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel to work locations throughout north/central Alberta.
- Must have positive attitude and demonstrate a strong customerfocused approach.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Enjoys working in a teamoriented and collaborative environment.
- Thrives in a fast paced changing work environment
