Job Overview:
As an Electrical Engineer II you will support the design architecture and implementation of cutting-edge electrical systems across a diverse range of projects. You will work alongside a collaborative team of engineers to find and develop the right solutions for the problems at hand. If youre passionate about tackling mission-critical challenges and working across multiple industries this is your chance to make a lasting impact and grow in a dynamic environment.

What You Will Do:

Support the design architecture and development of electronic systems
Work closely with internal engineering teams and external customers to build solutions across multiple industries (aerospace renewable energy medical devices etc.)
Take ownership from schematic capture and PCB layout through hardware bring-up and troubleshooting
Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to deliver on development activities ranging from design reviews to hardware bring-up and testing

What You Will Need:

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Physics Math or a related field
3 years of experience with end-to-end electronics design including requirements generation schematic design board layout design verification and acceptance testing
Ability to collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team
Demonstrated passion for engineering
Strong problem-solving skills and initiative to overcome technical challenges
Excellent written and verbal technical communication skills; ability to explain design decisions and component selections
Experience in any common ECAD tool such as Altium Designer KiCad Cadence PADS EAGLE etc.

What Would Be Useful:

MastersDegree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Systems Engineering Physics or a related field
Experience in a team-based design and build project (e.g. Formula SAE Solar Car CubeSat etc.)
Experience designing PCBs for high-reliability applications (e.g. aerospace automotive medical)
Experience with analog small-signal circuit design (filters op-amp circuits signal conditioning) and/or power electronics designs: regulators load drivers supply filters protection circuitry

Additional Requirements:

Applicant must be willing to work 40 hours a week on-site in Redmond Washington USA
