Title:AM Caregiver

Compensation:$19.00/hr

Schedule:Friday -Tuesday 6 am - 2 pm

Location:Los AngelesCA

The Caregiver provides direct care andassistanceto residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a respectful compassionate and professional manner. This role supports the health safety and emotional well-being of residents in an elderly care environment while promoting independence dignity and quality of life. All responsibilities are performedin accordance witheach residents Service Plan and the communitys policies and procedures.

WhatYoullDo:

• Assistresidents with ADLs including bathing dressing grooming toileting mobility and meals

• Respond promptly to resident calls and emergencies

• Support residents with self-administration of medications as directed

• Assistwith transfers positioning continence care and making resident beds

• Serve meals/snacks andmaintainclean dining areas

• Observe document and report changes in resident condition

• Practice infection control and safety procedures at all times

• Support cognitively impaired residents using dementia care techniques

• Maintainaccuratedocumentation andparticipatein required trainings

WhatYoullNeed to Succeed:

• Must be at least 18 years old; high school diploma or equivalent required

• Prior caregiving or senior care experience preferred

• Ability to read speak and write in English

• Compassionate dependable and team-oriented

• Able to use basic computer systems for documentation

• Current Adult First Aid certificationrequired

• Must pass DOJ/FBI background check (Live Scan) TB test and health screening

• Reliable transportation and flexible availabilityrequired

• Must complete required Relias trainings monthly
