- Role responsibilities: As a traveling ICU RN youll provide round-the-clock critical care for adult and when applicable geriatric ICU patients. Duties include ventilator management and weaning under physician orders invasive and noninvasive monitoring (arterial lines central lines hemodynamic monitoring) vasoactive and sedation management rapid assessment and escalation of changes in patient status meticulous administration of complex medication regimens wound care and dressings infection control practices and meticulous documentation in the electronic medical record.
