Injection Mold Setter / Manufacturing Technician (Well Train)

Good with machines but havent worked in injection molding Thats okay well teach you.

Were looking for mechanically inclined people from manufacturing machining maintenance or production backgrounds who want to learn a new skill and build a long-term career in plastics manufacturing.

What youll do:

Learn how to set up and change over injection molding machines
Install molds and start up production runs
Monitor equipment and help troubleshoot issues
Work alongside experienced technicians who will train you

What were looking for:

Mechanical aptitude and comfort around machines
Manufacturing or industrial experience (any industry)
Willingness to learn and show up consistently
