• Lead full kitchen cabinet installations (new cabinets refacing projects)
  
  
• Execute high-level finish carpentry including:
  
  
  • Mitered trim & molding
    
    
  • Crown molding
    
    
  • Scribing to walls/ceilings
    
    
  • Custom fillers panels and modifications
    
    
• Read plans/elevations and take precise measurements
  
  
• Problem-solve real-world site conditions (out-of-square walls uneven floors)
  
  
• Direct and mentor installers/helpers
  
  
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and project managers
  
  
• Maintain a clean professional job site (protection daily cleanup)
  
  
• Inspect work for accuracy and craftsmanship before sign-off
  
  

• Minimum 35 years cabinet installation / finish carpentry experience
  
  
• Proven experience leading installations or crews
  
  
• Strong woodworking fundamentals and professional jobsite practices
  
  
• Ability to work independently and manage a full install day
  
  
• Experience working in occupied residential homes
  
  
• Valid drivers license reliable transportation
  
  
• Own professional-grade hand tools (specialty tools provided)
