Your Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with teaching staff to keep students engaged focused and progressing with coursework and assignments.
- Deliver structured academic and pastoral guidance motivating students and helping them build strong independent study habits.
- Act as a positive role model promoting confidence resilience and ambition among learners.

- A Sports Graduate (or similar discipline) with excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting young adults.
- Some understanding of Biology and the confidence to assist with teaching and learning in this subject.
- Previous experience in a school college or youth-work setting is highly desirable.
- A proactive team player who can also take initiative and provide personalised support where needed.
- A genuine interest in education and aspirations toward teaching coaching or related career paths.
