Overview:
A Research Assistantis immediately available in the iPSC Core of the Abigail Wexner Research Institute at Nationwide Childrens Hospital in Columbus Ohio. The goal of the iPSC Core is to provide human iPSC-related services to investigators at Nationwide Childrens Hospital The Ohio State University and other institutions who have interest in iPSC candidates are expected to perform PBMC isolation human iPSC reprogramming iPSC characterization and directed differentiation. They will also help the iPSC Core Director Dr. Mingtao Zhao to maintain routine laboratory management including placing lab orders and coordinating with customers with demands on iPSC services. Candidates with experience in stem cell culture organoid and genome editing will be given priority.
