Roles & responsibilities
To manage budgeting and work flows for different departments
To ensure timely and accurate book keeping for Marriott Hotels India Pvt. Ltd. and Bonvoy Hotels and Resorts India Pvt. Ltd.
To ensure financial accounting is compliant to standards and is done timely
To ensure legal standards are followed in all activities of the department
To be responsible for financial reporting and maintaining an MIS
To manage client accounting drafting contracts executing them and making necessary checks on behalf of the client
To manage Marriott Hotels India Pvt. Ltd. contracts with clients vendors and external entities.
To draft & review contracts as per company policies
To be responsible for maintaining a repository of all legal documents including agreements contracts MOUs etc.
To Manage Day-to Day accounts and ensure accurate reporting of financial statements on monthly basis.
To Manage the P&L Statements by department on monthly basis.
To assist in Completing the Internal and Statutory Audit and provide necessary details as may be required by the Auditors.
To ensure monthly/ Quarterly and Annually tax compliances
To work in implementing various processes and controls in place.
To assist team in completing the set activities on timely and accurate manner.
To assist in Legal and Corporate Secretarial compliance
Drafting and implementing various Marriott Policies and procedures for accounts function.
To perform any other duties as assigned by the management
