Job Summary
Automotive Title / Purchasing Clerk
Suntrup Automotive Group is a family-owned and operated car dealership seeking a full-time Automotive Title Clerk. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented reliable and dependable team-player.
Job Duties
This position is responsible for posting vehicles into our accounting system in a timely manner as vehicles are being purchased.
Verify vehicles documents.
Handles all aspects of title processing on purchase vehicles.
Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the titling process.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Title knowledge.
Knowledge of DealerTrack is a plus.
Ability to problem solve.
Time management skills.
Communication skills.
Highly organized.
Must be able to meet established deadlines.
Schedule Requirements:
Full-time: 40 Hours a week
Monday Friday: Start at 7:00am or 8:00 am (Flexible).
Occasional over-time as business needs require.
