The role
We are looking for a Warehouse Lead who is capable of filling a variety of roles on our production team and in our distribution center. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual who pays close attention to detail. This role will operate between the hours of 9:30am-6pm and will need to help open and close the building.
You will
- Pick and pack our delicious products
- Use radio frequency (RF) scanners
- Verify check in and put away inventory
- Maintain your work area in a clean and neat manner and in accordance with GMP
- Adhere to proper sanitation and product safety guidelines throughout the plant
Be able to complete physical work lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours at a time
You are
- Extremely detail oriented
- Able to communicate respectfully effectively and professionally with peers and managers
Able to work 6 days a week including Sundays
You have
- A strong sense of urgency to complete work in a timely manner
- A great work ethic
- Experience in a warehouse environment
- Lead experience
