Core Subject Graduate Redbridge September Start

Your role as a Core Subject Graduate:

Support pupils across core subjects (English Maths Science)
Work 1:1 and in small groups to raise progress and attainment
Tailor learning to meet the needs of students with SEND
Liaise confidently with parents and staff on pupil progress
Implement behaviour strategies and learning plans effectively
Deliver curriculum content creatively and with enthusiasm

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Previous experience working with children or young people (preferred)
