We are seeking a market facingand technically adept professional to manage business partner relationships and drive outreach initiatives.This role blends partner engagement with hands-on technical understanding enabling effective communication of complex software and biometric hardware solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Outreach & Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
  • Planand executeoutreach activities including presentations demos and lunch-and-learn sessions.
  • Content Development & Delivery
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations tailored to partner and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align content with market strategies and partnerobjectives.
  • Technical Enablement
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of company software platforms and biometric hardware solutions.
  • Clearly communicate and presenttechnical detailsand concepts.
  • Collaboration
  • Partner closely with sales to support joint initiatives and partner-led opportunities.
  • Gather feedback from partners and customers to inform product positioning and outreach strategies.


Qualifications

  • Experience in customer-facing roles such as partner management technical enablement solutions consulting or pre-sales support.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and articulate complex technology solutions.
  • Excellent communicationpresentationandrelationship buildingskills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in creating and delivering technical demos.
  • Knowledge of market outreach strategies and partner engagement best practices.
  • Proficiencyin tools for presentations and content development.
  • Experience with enterprise software security or biometric technologies is a plus.
