Job Overview
The Director of Marketplace will lead the strategy execution and performance of all third-party marketplace channels including Amazon Walmart and other platforms. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth improving profitability and ensuring operational excellence across all marketplace activities.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies
Manage and optimize all marketplace accounts
Oversee product listings pricing promotions and content optimization
Lead marketplace advertising and promotional efforts
Monitor performance metrics and report results to leadership
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and brand standards
Coordinate with operations on inventory planning and fulfillment
Manage and support internal teams and external partners
Identify new marketplace opportunities and expansion channels

Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience managing online marketplaces

4 Year Degree
Verifiable work experience in marketplace or eCommerce management
Strong understanding of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central
Experience managing pricing margins and P&L
Strong analytical organizational and communication skills
