HowYoullMake an Impact:
Review daily mix schedules and confirm availability of required raw materials to ensure smooth production flow
Accurately add raw materials to mixing systems using manual methods pumps or automated equipment following standard mix instructions
Operate mixing equipment with variable agitation to achieve consistent batch quality
Monitor product quality throughout the mixing and filling processidentifyingand reporting any out-of-spec materials or batches
Partner with Quality team members to resolve batch discrepancies and ensure compliance with standards
Perform thorough cleaning of all mix tanks and associated equipment tomaintaina safe and sanitary work environment
Operate forklifts palletizers scales pumps and other material handling equipment to move raw materials and finished goods
Conduct routine preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
Maintainaccurateproduction records and equipment logs
Contribute to a culture of safety by following all Ecolab safety protocols andparticipatingin safety initiatives
Collaborate with team members toidentifyand implement process improvements aligned with Ecolabs continuous improvement goals
Performadditionalduties as assigned to support plant operations and team success
Position Details:
Plant Location: Garland TX
Work Week & Shift: C shift 9:30PM - 5:30AM Monday to Friday
Compensation: $27.26 / hr plus $0.75 shift differential for 3rd shift

Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
1 year of industrial mixing or batching experience
1 year of Raymond reach truck experience
1 year of experience working with systems pumps read meters basic Quality Control data and tracking mixing and quality information (mix logs batch adjustments etc.)
1 year of experience performing basic Quality Control tests (take samples perform pH tests)
Ability to simultaneously mix several tanks andaccurately complete related documents
Ability to read and match numbers on shipping records labels raw materials and finished goods

Physical Requirements of Position:
Lifting/carrying up to 50lbs
Must be able to participate in respirator fitness if required

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working in related fields: chemical paint pharmaceuticals food and beverage etc
Basic knowledge of chemistry
Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Experience workingeffectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
