PROCESS - Know and ensure implementation of all company policies and procedures.
- Routinely review reports and data related to compliance and quality improvement.
- Ensure documentation is up to date for each client as appropriate.
- Ensure comprehensive and succinct progress notes are completed for each client.
- Provide trainings as requested by Director for internal and external customers as well as other co-workers.
- Complete other duties as assigned by management.
PROFIT - Understand the impact of productivity and other costs associated directly or indirectly with the company.
- Maintain assigned productivity percentage.
- Meet or exceed established productivity (billable time) expectation of 45% or above.
- Ensure direct reports are meeting or exceeding established productivity standards.
- Ensure the efficient and effective use of supplies and resources in a fiscally responsible manner.
- Ensure the submission of paperwork to the ViaQuest billing department as appropriate.
- Monitor budget and review financial reports as assigned.
- Assist direct reports in the planning and facilitation of company growth.
QUALITY - Monitor the quality of all aspects of supports and services and participate in quality assurance reviews according to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor the services provided as outlined in the individuals service plan.
- Adhere to all safety standards including but not limited to maintaining a safe work environment reporting any problems or concerns through the appropriate channels participating in company-sponsored safety-initiatives.
