We are recruiting an experienced Sales Executive to join a busy and high-performing automotive dealership in Milton Keynes. This role is ideal for an established automotive sales professional who enjoys a consultative sales environment strong earning potential and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You will be joining a forward-thinking automotive business offering modern facilities structured sales processes and clear long-term career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering a consistent professional 360 sales experience to all customers
- Managing enquiries effectively from initial contact through to negotiation and close
- Engaging customers face-to-face by phone and online
- Fully qualifying customer needs and recommending suitable vehicles and add-on products
- Maximising profitability while maintaining excellent customer relationships
- Achieving and exceeding personal and dealership sales targets
- Ensuring accurate administration and compliance with company and industry standards
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven sales experience within the automotive industry or a similar high-value sales environment
- Strong customer service background in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication influencing and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a natural ability to close sales
- Professional confident and customer-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence
Salary & Benefits
- 22500 basic salary
- Uncapped bonus scheme with realistic OTE of 65000
