Were hiring a Project Manager to lead full project execution of VRF Air Conditioning Installation projects across End User and Main Contractor sites. From sales handover to final completion youll ensure projects are delivered safely profitably and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead endtoend delivery of VRF HVAC projects including financials scheduling logistics and site coordination.
• Act as the primary contact for all Johnson Controls project activities.
• Oversee procurement warehousing and subcontractor management.
• Coordinate material deliveries and manage customs compliance.
• Maintain high Health & Safety standards across all sites.
• Provide technical oversight on HVAC system delivery and integration.
• Attend project meetings track progress and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build strong relationships with clients consultants and suppliers.
• Set performance expectations for direct and subcontract labour teams.
• Support O&M documentation and a smooth project handover.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven endtoend project management experience in HVAC (VRF preferred).
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems in multitrade construction environments.
• Experience working with a wide range of HVAC equipment across commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong financial procurement and leadership capabilities.
• Experience managing direct and subcontract labour.
• Logistics knowledge including deliveries and customs clearance.
• Familiarity with Design & Build projects and CDM regulations.
• Safety audit and inspection experience.
• Excellent communication skills able to simplify technical information.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
