Job Summary

The City of OFallon is seeking an organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Pool Cashier at Alligators Creek Aquatic Center. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic and fun environment while providing excellent customer service.

As a Pool Cashier youll play a crucial role in providing great experiences for our visitors handling a variety of tasks and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will be working alongside a team that values positivity and efficiency and you can expect a fun fast-paced atmosphere. Our Pool Cashiers earn a starting pay of $15.25 an hour typically working 10-25 hours per week.

Some Key Responsibilities Include:

Greeting visitors and providing assistance both over the phone and in person
Answering inquiries and providing information about pool programs and services
Maintaining and updating records including attendance inventory and financial transactions
Registering program participants and handling related fees
Performing cashier duties operating the point-of-sale register and processing payments

Required Qualifications:

Previous cash handling experience
Proficient in computer use and data entry
Strong oral and written communication skills
A valid Missouri State drivers license
Availability to work nights weekends holidays and irregular hours as required
