Job Summary

For Linklaters Office in Warsaw we are currently recruiting for the Accounts Payable Team Leader role.

Your role

  • Management of the team membersincluding setting clear objectives monitoring performance and providing regular feedback; setting priorities for daily workload appropriate delegation empowerment of the team-members to deliver;

  • Issue or review payments as well as reconcile payments and accounts resolve any discrepancies advice on issues where solid accounting knowledge is required;

  • Assurance of quality of service provided by the team be responsible for assigned KPIs (personal and team) to meet customer needs and SLA/KPI framework;

  • Generate regular reports;

  • Backup team members during their absence;

  • Perform quality control checks to ensure consistent quality of work & follow Firms policies and guidelines cooperate with Internal and External audits;

  • Initiate/participate in process improvement projects ad hoc financial projects implementation of tools/systems;

  • Collaboration with Local Offices globally Stakeholder management;

Your experience

  • Fluent English;

  • University degree in finance or professional accounting course;

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in accounting operations area preferably in a Shared Service/BPO;

  • Customer focused and service oriented;

  • Good understanding of Accounts Payable Travel and Employee Reimbursement Vendor Master Data process;

  • Familiarity with SLAs KPIs SOPs process documentation;

  • Experience in SAP background will be a plus;

  • Continues Improvement Mindset;

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure;
