The attendant will attend to guests in El Colegio. The attendant will up sell beverages pastries and other selections accurately process transactions and provide excellent service to all guests.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to answer the phone within three rings
• Brewing gourmet coffee and other specialty beverages
• Prepare enough product to meet business demands
• Serving guests in the café
• Must follow prepared scenario to encourage upselling
• Prepare payment of checks
• Know and adhere to all liability laws
• Printing of reports at the end of the shift and banking out
• Complete other duties assigned
• Attend all designated staff meetings and training sessions
• Daily Inventory and Product Controls
• Continual upkeep and overall appearance of Morsels area

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have alcohol training certification (TABC) and food handlers training certification
• Must be able to bend push pull and stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment providing courteous service
• Previous barista experience preferred
• Previous cash handling experience preferred
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day evening weekends and holidays
