DescriptionThe Maintenance Technician troubleshoots repairs maintains related equipment as assigned and assumes day-to-day coordination of specific agreements or projects as assigned to ensure contractual commitments are met in a timely cost-effective manner.

High School Diploma GED or suitable equivalent is required
Preferred Qualifications:
One (1) year of prior HVAC o mechanical technician experience is preferred
One (1) year of prior lead or supervisory experienceis preferred
Responsibilities:
Maintain records of technical knowledge regarding equipment and concepts
Handle heavy workload of calls
Inform customer when arriving at or leaving the job and when planning to return
Manage workload and job scheduling
Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork
Obtain customer signature on all service reports (before work begins when performing spot jobs)
Keep manager informed of customer feedback
Communicate effectively and promptly
Provide technical training and knowledge as needed to client customer and team
Collaborate with and across multiple departments and representatives within the Company
When the Supervisor is present the lead worker may also be responsible for directing smaller work groups
Report team performance issues to the Supervisor
