Post Market Trending Manager - Neuromodulation
About the role:
The Post Market Trending Manager - Neuromodulation will define and execute the vision for Neuromodulation Post Market Quality data analytics and product performance monitoring strategy. They will lead a team of quality engineers and data analysts to achieve data analytics objectives and drive product performance monitoring excellence across multiple product/functional teams data systems and business processes. This is a hybrid role; applicants will be able to work up to 2 days a week from their home office.
There are immediate opportunities for success to automate data analytics improve data accessibility and drive business process efficiencies. They will develop partnerships with Design Assurance Global Post Market Quality Assurance Complaint Investigation Sites Complaint Management Center Complaint Trending teams and multiple manufacturing sites to identify and prioritize future opportunities. They will be responsible for providing directions to individuals who perform data analysis manage metrics monitor product performance and develop tools and dashboards to support Medical Device Post Market Complaint Handling and Complaint Investigation objectives.

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) see vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training pertinent education including licensure and certifications among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.
Compensation for non-exempt (hourly) non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g. any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
Compensation for exempt non-sales roles may also include variable compensation i.e. annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
