What Youll Be Doing
- Perform general labor tasks including shoveling sweeping and material handling to support plant operations
- Assist with equipment maintenance and inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Operate mobile equipment such as skid steers loaders and forklifts as needed
- Monitor and report any safety or operational issues to supervisors
- Support production teams with tasks that ensure continuous plant operation

- Ability to operate or learn to operate mobile and plant equipment
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding and outdoor environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Capability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with all company policies and safety standards
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
