Position Overview

Recruitlytics is hiring a disciplined quality-focused Service Desk Processing Officer to support customer service operations and administrative documentation. This role requires clear written communication strict attention to detail and the ability to follow internal procedures consistently.

You will be responsible for registering service requests coordinating internal task flow ensuring documentation completeness and supporting operational reporting.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound requests and record them into internal tracking systems accurately

  • Ensure every case contains complete information before processing begins

  • Respond to routine inquiries in a professional structured tone with clear next steps

  • Assign cases for handling monitor progress and follow up until resolution

  • Prepare brief operational updates for supervisors and quality checkpoints

  • Maintain organized documentation and ensure file naming standards are followed

  • Support administrative tasks such as form updates record maintenance and data validation

  • Identify recurring issues and flag them for process improvement support

  • Ensure timelines are followed and processing stays aligned with internal service expectations

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills and consistent professionalism

  • Comfortable handling structured administrative tasks with high accuracy

  • Independent work habits reliability and task ownership

  • Strong discipline confidentiality and time management

  • Stable internet and availability during working hours

Preferred

  • Experience in call center back-office admin processing or operations support

  • Arabic language ability is a plus (not mandatory)
