Program Summary
The Finance team manages all aspects of the financial operations in the organization ensuring IRCOs financial health transparency and sustainability. The team is comprised of three areas: Accounting Budgets and Awards. Core functions of the team include recording financial transactions creating financial reports for both funders and managers and assisting managers in the interpretation of those reports. With an annual budget of more than $60 million drawn from a complex array of funding streams and a workforce and client base from around the world we are a non-profit leader with a long stable history of financial accountability and excellence.
Position Summary
The position is a blended position with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable responsibilities. The Grants Accountant is responsible for a portfolio of invoices and a category of expense payments. The work includes maintaining detailed records and providing information for external and internal stakeholders.
The successful Grants Accountant will be detail-oriented communicative highly interculturally competent and enjoy contributing to a healthy workplace culture for all employees in support of IRCOs mission.
