The Designer is responsible for the completion of 3D designs and 2D drawings for gas compression and other RNG related skid systems and projects.
What are we looking for
- 5 years designing and documenting gas compression or mechanical pipe structural and civil systems.
- Working knowledge in compression production equipment and process equipment.
- Experience in related industry; Natural Gas Compression as well as revamp compression units or experience with pressure vessels piping or measurement skid design
- Proficient using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD; proficient using complete Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook etc.)
- Must have the ability to learn and develop system design CAD files or drawings in conformance with project specifications scope of work design parameters codes and industry practices.
- Read piping and instrument diagrams (P&IDs) as well as compression layouts and process equipment.
