Position Summary:
TheStrategic IntelligenceManageris responsible forleading the collection analysis and communication ofrelevantintelligence to inform strategic decision-making across the organization. This role transforms competitive market andindustryinsights into actionable strategies that enable the company toanticipatemarket shifts capitalize on emerging opportunities and mitigate potential threats.Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership theStrategicIntelligence Manager delivers clear concise and impactful insights to all levels of management including executive leadership. Additionally this roleestablishesbest-in-class standards forcommercialintelligence deliverables ensuring measurable business outcomes and sustained value addition this role proactivelymonitorsmacroeconomic trends that could reshape our industry ensuring leadership is prepared for long-term shifts.
Deliverables for thispositioninclude but are not limited to:
Conduct in-depth analysis toidentifycompetitor strengths weaknesses and strategic positioning.
Assess regional market dynamics and emerging threats to business performance.
Analyze macro-level trends that mayimpactthe industryover the long term and translate these insights into strategic scenarios for leadership consideration
Develop and implement proactive plans to mitigate competitive risks and leverage opportunities.
Providetimelyupdates on critical competitive developments including mergers and acquisitions strategic shifts and product or application launches.
Engage senior sales and service channel leaders toalign onstrategic market intelligence commercial execution and drive unifiedcompetitivestrategies across markets.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Establish and execute research methodologies for competitive analysis.
Convert market SSC and customercompetitiveinsights into clear actionable recommendations.
Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations reports andanalyses.
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables.
Collaborate effectively across teams to solve problems and adapt to changing requirements.
Partner with marketing on market strategy product development and key account initiatives.
Develop action plans based onstrategicintelligence.
Communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
Manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment and thrive in ambiguity.

Bachelors Degree isrequired(Business Engineering Technical Equivalent preferred)
MastersDegreeina business or technical fieldorequivalent work experiencestronglypreferred
Experience:
Minimum of10yearsexperiencein competitive intelligencecorporate strategystrategicmarketingor product managementpreferably in anindustrial organization.
Skills/Knowledge:
Leadership Proven ability to inspire motivate and develop others while managing complex projects and multiple priorities.
Strategic Thinking Advanced problem-solving decision-making and strategic marketing skills with confidence to propose bold ideas; ability toanticipatetrends and shape long term toanticipateand interpret macrotrends and their potential impact on the organizations long-term strategy.
