Lagree / Pilates Instructor

Job Location: Kuwait City Sharq

Club & Member Base: Ladies-only club Elite clientele primarily local members

Brief Duties

• Lead individual or group Lagree and/or Pilates sessions (mat Reformer Megaformer Cadillac or similar equipment).
• Deliver dynamic low-impact workouts focusing on strength endurance flexibility core stability and overall fitness.
• Provide personalized modifications and adjustments to suit varying fitness levels and individual needs.
• Instruct on proper technique form alignment and breathing to ensure safety and maximize results.
• Motivate inspire and engage clients to encourage long-term participation and goal achievement.
• Monitor client progress and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe studio environment.
• Stay updated on fitness trends Lagree method Pilates techniques and industry best practices through ongoing education.
• Contract Duration: 1-year contract (initial) renewable for 13 years.

Working Hours:

• 40 hours per week (8 hours/day 56 days a week).
• Different shifts (overtime will be paid).

Language Requirement: English required Arabic preferred / advantageous

Probation Period: 3 months

Start Date: End of November / Beginning of December 2025

Total Salary per Month: USD 2000 to 2600 (based on experience and certification level)

Commission: Starting from 25% on private sessions
